About Waldo & Lyle

We’re the law firm that understands eminent domain law.

Waldo & Lyle specializes in representing Virginia property owners in eminent domain law. Founded in 1998, we have a long history of successfully helping property owners secure just compensation when their property is taken.

Our firm has a proven track record of success and a reputation for getting the best possible results for our clients. We only represent property owners in eminent domain and property rights matters.

Our clients’ success occurs because we take the time to understand our client’s goals and objectives. We do not simply provide legal advice but develop options and strategies to find the best resolution for their needs.
